About IASSA IASSA is governed by an elected
eight-member Council and a General Assembly consisting of all members
having paid their membership. There is a General Assembly every three
years held during the International Congress of Arctic Social Sciences (ICASS) organized
by IASSA. Between the General Assemblies IASSA is run by a Secretariat.
